Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the decommissioning and proper disposal of #2 heating fuel storage tanks. The work includes one aboveground storage tank (AST) and associated plumbing at Otter Brook Lake, and one underground storage tank (UST), contaminated fuel oil, and associated plumbing at Surry Mountain Lake. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Location: Otter Brook Lake, 480 Branch Road, Keene, NH 03431 Surry Mountain Lake, 935 Surry Dam Road, Surry, NH 03431 The work shall be completed 180 days after contract award. The Contractor will coordinate with the Government for the estimated start date. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM unless otherwise approved by the Technical Point of Contact. No work shall be done on weekends or Government holidays. The Pre-Work Conference shall be completed with fourteen (14) days of contract award.
