The City of Keene is seeking proposals for the purchase and residential development of a vacant parcel located at 0 Howard Street, Keene, NH. The City intends to sell the property for the purpose of constructing Residential infill development, in accordance with the City's Land Use Code and permitting requirements. This RFP is issued to support the City's goal of expanding housing capacity by encouraging the development of multiple residential units expanding housing capacity. The approximative size of this parcel is 0.91 Acres plus or minus. The parcel has not been surveyed. Please note that the property is not maintained for public access and no safety improvements have been made for visitors.
