Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Keene, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The City of Keene is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Downtown Infrastructure Improvements and Reconstruction Project. The project limits include Main Street, Railroad Square and Central Square from the southernmost end, just south of Water Street, continuing north to Court/Washington Street at the northernmost limit of the project and includes portions of the adjacent side streets along this route. The project, as specified in the contract documents, is comprised of three phases of construction, over three years of construction, for the limits described in the contract documents. The scope of work that is included as part of the project includes, but is not expressly limited to furnishing and installing the following for the project: Drain system improvements, including roughly 6,300 LF of drain culvert removal and replacement for HDPE culvert diameters, including 10" 12", 15", 24", 30", 36" and 80 stormwater structures (catch basins, drop inlets and drain manholes). Water system improvements including the removal, replacement and installation of roughly 6,000 LF of 6", 8" 12"and 16" DI CL52 water main, 65 gate valves and boxes, 16 hydrants and 1,500 LF of water services. Sewer system improvements, including roughly 6,600 LF of 6", 8", 10" and 12" PVC Sewer and 40 sewer manholes. Approximately 18,000 SY of concrete sidewalks and textured concrete sidewalks, Raised stamped concrete intersections and rapid flPashing pedestrian beacons Approximately 11,000 LF of granite curb installation and 7,000 LF of granite curb removal, stockpiling and resetting Electrical panel enclosure, temporary lighting, replacement lighting, conduit, wiring and ancillary electrical improvements. Traffic signal removal and replacement for Central Square, with traffic signals, posts and mast arms furnished by the City. Landscaping within the project limits, which include roughly 170 trees, 480 shrubs, 7,000 perennial plantings, loam, seed, tree soil cells, mulch. Signage removal and replacement within the project limits. The removal and replacement of the existing irrigation system(s) for the project limits. The removal and disposal of roughly 9,100 LF of existing CMP storm drain and 75 existing stormwater structures (drain manhole and catch basin). Associated maintenance of traffic, erosion controls, SWPPP management, road reconstruction, pavement markings lines and symbols restoration/reinstatement within the project limits.
