Renovation of a residential development in Keene, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

This project consists of the reduction of lead paint hazards to achieve lead safe final clearance of select apartment units, common areas, building exteriors and exterior soils. Work also includes but is not limited to select replacement of floor finishes, doors & windows, trim, and exterior siding. 1.Project Location: Multiple; o 10 Basset Court, Marlborough NH o 25 McKinley Circle, Marlborough, NH o 228 Winchester St, Keene NH o 218 Winchester St, Keene NH o 657 Marlboro St, Keene, NH. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1.General Contract. Bidder must be a Certified Lead Abatement Contractor registered with the State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services and have a current EPA Renovate Repair and Paint Certification to qualify for this project. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. o Bidder is responsible for carrying the Builders Risk Insurance. o A Performance Bond, Separate Labor and Material Payment Bond is not required. o Davis Bacon Wages and Wage Reporting are project requirements. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Doc Notes: The Cost of reproduction and print of the documents is at the Bidders expense. It is the BIDDERS responsibility to notify Stevens & Associates, of their possession of the electronic CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Stevens & Associates and Keene Housing cannot be held responsible for information that is missing or addenda that has not been received by BIDDERS that did not notify Stevens & Associates of their possession of the electronic CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
