Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Garrett, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 40,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Garrett is requesting Statements of Proposal/Qualifications from interested professionals/developers for the Design, Build, Operate, and/or Maintain the New Electric Department Facility Project. In accordance with IC 5-23-5, the City of Garrett, Indiana, invites any and all qualified parties to submit Statements of Proposal/Qualifications (PSOQ), under a publicprivate partnership, to design, construct, maintain and/or operate the project, in Garrett, Indiana. The Project involves the development, design, construction, procurement of FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), operation, and maintenance to the Project The project will include pre-engineered metal buildings of approximately 40,000 SF The scope is not fully defined and the final scope will be determined during the scoping process. . The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
