Reference Number 0000294606 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/04 04:00:00 PM CDT Pricing Lump sum The Rural Municipality of Rosedale will receive proposals for the project to repair 350 feet of Road 86 W south of PR 352. The location to be repaired is marked. Specifications are as follows: Road top to be 22' wide with a 4:1 slope, shoulders to be compacted 350 feet of woven Geo Textile to be placed, (approx. 6- foot overlap) (30% compaction) when complete with foreman's approval Top road with 12 inches of pit run (A- base quality, 4 inch and down) as a base Top 12 inches of pit run with 2 inch of traffic gravel Locates including MTS, Gas, Hydro, Cable, Oil, etc. are the contractors responsibility All approaches to be leveled with the road after project is complete. 350 feet of road to be repaired will be staked by the RM of Rosedale Completion Date: September 30, 2025 unless otherwise agreed to by the Municipality. A penalty may be applied at a rate of $100/calendar day until the work is complete Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
