All Consultants shall be experienced development design professionals and must be particularly experienced in projects related to small city utility systems and street construction standards. The Town of Hudson, Colorado, will retain Statements of Qualifications for purposes of assigning tasks required for completion of engineering design throughout the next three (3) years.
