December 17, 2025 Board Approvals and NTP October 1, 2026 Complete Park Construction (Anticipated) May 1, 2027 Complete Splash Pad (Anticipated) Question Deadline 11/13/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, Questions regarding RFP requirements must be received by Dan Spykstra, Owner's Representative in writing at dspykstra@thelevel5.com according to the schedule below. Oral and late questions will not receive responses. Responses to questions/posting of addenda is anticipated by the schedule below and will be posted online There is no pre-proposal site meeting but respondents are encouraged to visit the site without interaction with the Town or the Library. The Owner reserves the right to modify this RFP or the selection process, to cancel this RFP, to reject or accept any Proposal, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal, without liability, at any time. General Project Requirements and Overview The Scope of Services shall consist of: Comprehensive design and construction of the splash pad including mechanical room and bathhouse and Library Park. The design must focus on providing a fun, interactive, sustainable, and safe environment. All design work shall be completed in accordance with applicable Town standards and applicable within the agreed upon timeline. Completion of the work includes but is not limited to: Selected firm will conduct initial design meetings with designated Town and Library staff to learn of project specific goals and requirements. Selected firm will produce preliminary designs with three (3) different variations, these will be used for public review and selection. Provide (3) story board color renderings with proposed final designs to the Town and Library to get input from the public. Firm will then proceed with producing final designs and specifications from selected design and input. Firm will produce a final set of construction documents that consists of engineering plans, and construction plans and specifications. Firm will provide a stamped set of drawings for permit submission, and a final as-built set of drawings and specifications. Firm will review construction of the new splash pad and create reports distributed to the owner's representative. Firm will also produce a final punch list, and follow up punch list verification, and produce a letter of acceptance to the owner upon final completion. Firm will attend the (1) year warranty walk through with owner and contractor. Firm shall include in scope attending the following meetings: o Design Kick off Meeting o Design review meetings twice a month o (2) Public input meetings o Weekly Construction OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) Meetings o Monthly Owner's meeting with directors
