The Odessa-Montour Central School District invites sealed bids to be received for the Smart Schools Project. Prospective bidders are invited to submit their stipulated sum bids, including applicable Alternates and unit prices, for work described in general as follows: A. CONTRACT NO. 1 - DOOR REPLACEMENT CONSTRUCTION Each bidder must deposit a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check payable to the Owner in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid amount.
