No definite date for the rebid.** Project No: 55-01-01-04-5-003-012 2023 Capital Improvements Phase 2 project Each bidder must deposit a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check payable to the Owner in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid amount. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid forms or during bidding procedures, and the right to reject any or all bids. Document Note: Return Instructions: Any bidder who returns the printed set in GOOD CONDITION to any Dataflow Office within thirty (30) calendar days following the bid opening date will be refunded their deposit. Please note that partial sets or individual sections of the Contract Documents will not be distributed. Question Deadline 10/23/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the Bidding Documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing addressed to the Architect/Engineer: Arcadis 59-61 Court Street, Suite 300 Binghamton, New York 13901 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Construction Manager at least five (5) business days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
