This Announcement Constitutes the Only ; Proposals Are Being Requested and a Written Will Not Be Issued. The Number is 70z03025qclev0087. This Combined Synopsis Constitutes a and Incorporates Provisions and Clauses in Effect Through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This Acquisition is Set Aside Small Business. The Naics is 333921. The Small Business Sized Standard is 500. The Contract Type Will Be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. Hvac Replacement as Per Sow. All Quotes Will Are Required to Be on a Business Letter Head to Include a Breakdown of Estimated Materials Needed, Labor, Man Hours, and Number of Workers Needed to Complete the Proect. The total extent of repairs that are required to restore the system to full functionality is to be determined by the contractor. Required work may include replacing the components such as the combustion heat exchanger, compressor, filter drier, contactors, float switches, etc. The work may also include reclaiming refrigerant, flushing the system, replacing the condenser and cleaning the evaporator coils, leak testing the system, starting up and testing the system, etc. Installation of all equipment is to match the configuration of the existing equipment as closely as possible (location, routing of lines, connections for thermostats, etc.). Contractor shall furnish and install all equipment, refrigerant, etc. as necessary for the completion of this project. Contractor is to remove and dispose of/recycle all old equipment associated with this project. Disposal of any hazardous waste, excess refrigerant, etc. associated with this project is the responsibility of the contractor. All work shall be executed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws & regulations. Start up and verification of operations of the HVAC systems is required. A one-year warranty for all parts and labor associated with this project is required All pertaining to this shall be submitted on the Request for Information (RFI) form by to the Jordan.g.drewuscg.mil. All RFIs must be received in this office not later than 02 working days prior to the quote closing. The estimated range of this procurement is between 25K and 100K. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
