Contractor will provide all services including final treatment and disposal of specified types of hazardous waste at Porterville Developmental Center. Pick-up and services to be supplied each quarter year for the duration of the contract term. Contractor will have an EPA identification number and be a registered Hazardous Waste Transporter by the State of California. Pick-up items include, but are not limited to: Liquid petroleum, alcohol, paint, recyclable motor oil, petroleum contaminated soil, used oil filters, empty drums, bagged asbestos, fluorescent tubes, electronics, mercury, and miscellaneous dry cell batteries. Insurance is required for this service. See Exhibit A of the IFB for the description of required services. All bidders must meet the following requirements to be considered responsible and responsive to this IFB. 1. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor will have an EPA identification number and be a registered Hazardous Waste Transporter by the State of California. Contractor will maintain a current hazardous waste haulers permit, and all other licenses required by state, federal and local rules, laws and regulations with regards to hazardous waste removal. With the bid proposal, bidder must submit a copy of the bidders current Hazardous Waste Haulers permit. 2. Bidder must be able to supply all specified items and services to Porterville Developmental Center (PDC) in accordance with the attached Sample Agreement.
