Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance Services for City buildings in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), and any other term(s) and condition(s) in any contract subsequently awarded. Responding applicants must have relevant experience, licensing, and the ability to provide the requisite professional services. The City hereby affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and no firm/individual will be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, handicap, gender, religion or sexual orientation in any consideration leading to the award of contract. No qualified disabled person shall, on the basis of disability, be excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity leading to the award of contract. Questions regarding this request for proposals are due no later than Thursday, August 7, 2025.
