Oral interpretations shall not be binding. The Commission is seeking a multi-year service contract for the period beginning August 1, 2025 and ending July 31, 2028 with an option to extend twice in one-year increments. The Commission's Headquarters Building is a three-story, mixed-use structure that consists of approximately 316,000 square feet, which includes approximately 185,000 square feet of office/working space and an attached two-story parking garage structure containing approximately 130,000 square feet. The Commission's Headquarters Building is operational 24-hours per day, 7-days per week. The Commission's Material Handling Facility is a one-story, warehouse storage structure containing approximately 38,000 square feet with approximately 2,800 square feet of office/working space. For purposes of this contract "solid waste" will include trash, garbage, refuse or rubbish such as yard waste, office wastes, construction wastes, junk or other similar discarded material or objects. Specifically excluded under this contract are the following waste streams: paper/cardboard recyclable materials, hazardous materials and/or hazardous wastes.
