Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 10,000-seat stadium; hospitality development; and retail development.
Construction of a mixed-use City Centre Entertainment District on land located in Surrey City Centre. It is anticipated that the Entertainment District will be comprised of a 10,000-seat arena, 100,000 square feet of commercial retail/office and a 150-key hotel with 60,000 square feet of ballroom, meeting and conference facilities. TIMELINE: Request for Expressions of Interest and Statements of Qualification from parties indicating their interest in and qualifications for the development and/or operation and/or tenanting of the City Centre Arena and Entertainment District has closed. Negotiations with a preferred consortium is anticipated proceed. Further update in fall 2026. *Development Advisor - KPMG Budget estimate is unconfirmed.
