Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenner, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work includes: Complete demolition of existing wood and CMU concessions area, demolish existing concrete paving, and electric power modification in gym. Question Deadline 06/10/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Contract Documents shall be submitted to Design Professional in writing Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to demolish the entirety of the building identified herein for the City of Kenner. Completely demolish existing wood and CMU concession area as identified in the plans. Demolish existing concrete paving where indicated. Backfill, compact, and grade all holes created by demolition works with engineer approved structural fill. Re-grade to provide positive drainage. Area shall be seeded, fertilized and watered immediately. Electric power modifications in gym. Geolocate all existing remaining piles. SUMMARY: WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: A.
