Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Working plans call for the construction of a 340,000-square-foot, six-story above grade, 452-unit multi-residential development; 392-space parking garage; day care center; and retail development.
Construction of three, six-storey buildings with market rental units and containing 452 units. Ground floor commercial space, child care centre and underground parking spaces are included. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Final adoption of the rezoning was given and the development permit approved at the city. The project is subject to a building permit being in place. Sub trades are by invitation only. Further update in early 2027. *Construction budget is unreleased.
