The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for On-Call River and Floodplain Restoration Technical Services Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is seeking a consultant to provide river and floodplain restoration science, engineering, design, and permitting services. This work will include, but is not limited to, aquatic habitat assessments, ecosystem monitoring, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, habitat restoration engineering and design, permitting, and construction support. SPU intends to execute one (1) On-Call contract for a five (5) year term with an estimated value of $2,000,000. Work Assignments will be issued with varying scopes, dates for milestones and deliverables. Under no circumstances shall this contract or subsequent work assignments go beyond five (5) years (SMC 20.50.040 G). SPU does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work under this contract.
