Renovation of a multi-residential development in Hull, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
A. The Work under the Contract consists of 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to Exterior entry trim, drywall interior repairs and Plumbing repairs. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. C. The Contractor's attention is directed to Article 3.3 of the General Conditions. D. Permits: See Article 3.16.1 of the General Conditions. E. Utility Back Charges: If applicable, see Article 3.16.5 of the General Conditions. F. Police Details: If applicable, see Article 3.16.6 of the General Conditions. G. The site/building and adjacent site/buildings will be occupied during construction unless otherwise noted in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to ensure the public safety and convenience of the occupants during construction. Whenever work is to be done inside occupied units, the Contractor's superintendent and an Awarding Authority's representative shall conduct a pre-work inspection of each unit to make note of existing conditions in the unit. Special attention should be paid to areas where new work will meet existing conditions. The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. The Project consists of but not limited to: Exterior entry trim, drywall interior repairs and Plumbing repairs. Exterior and Interior Renovations STATE AIDED DEVELOPMENT: Nantascot Place (200-1) D Street, Central Avenue, C Street, Hull, MA 02045 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
