Village Fire Station Renovation. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: replacement of existing siding, roofing, windows, and trim. Other work includes interior renovation, new concrete apparatus slab, renovations to existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural framing. Sub Bid Category Roofing; Painting; HVAC; & Electrical. Each General Bid and Filed Sub-bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the Form of a Bid Bond, or Cash, or a Certified Check on, or a Treasurer's or Cashier's Check Issued by a Responsible Bank or Trust Company, Payable to the Town of Hull in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of Value of the Bid.
