Kimberly, WV 25118 3839 Armstrong Creek Rd. Powellton, WV 25161 13153 Wilderness Hwy. Rainelle, WV 25962 267 Deepwater Station Rd. Deepwater, WV 25057 (Old Church) This demolition program is part of the REAP Demolition Grant. The demolition will be contracted per location if grant funding allows as property is approved and project will have to be complete by October 25, 2025. Call 811 before demolition begins to check utilities. 2. Disconnect and cap all utility lines, including electric, gas, water, and sewer. 3. Raze existing structure(s) and remove all construction materials and debris from site. This is to include asbestos testing and abatement if necessary. 4. Remove all loose debris, liter, trash, refuse, overgrowth, etc. from lot area. 5. Dispose of all debris and materials in an environmentally safe and acceptable manner, including but not limited to asbestos abatement. Contractor shall maintain records and provide proof for disposal of materials by providing weigh receipts and names of disposal sites. 6. Back fill all disturbed areas as may be necessary to restore and to match to original grade. 7. Rake area smooth, seed with lawn grass, and mulch with straw
