**As of October 21, 2025 all the bids were rejected.** All proposed Work for the Eagle River Wastewater Treatment Facility (ERWWTF) Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection and Washwater Upgrades project is located in Eagle River, Alaska, within the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA). The Work in the Base Bid includes furnishing and installing new UV equipment banks in existing UB Channels 2 and 4 and the installation of a redundant PLC to increase the disinfection capacity of the facility; and furnishing and installing a backup washwater storage tank, a booster pump skid, and all required plumbing connections to facilitate connections to the existing washwater distribution system within the ERWWTF. Additive Alternate 1 includes the repair/rehabilitation of the channel concrete and various other components in the existing UV disinfection channels. This repair work will require the design and construction of a temporary bypass pumping system.
