A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Imperial Irrigation District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide labor, supervision, equipment, transportation and tools as required to assist IID with the removal and replacement of existing wood pole on IIDs distribution/transmission systems. Poles may have a variety of voltages (230kV to 120V), communication conductors, and associated equipment on them. IID will furnish all material necessary to install the pole and rebuild or reinstall the existing equipment based upon current IID Construction Standards Questions concerning this Secondary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, June 24, 2025 to Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent, via email to: purchasing@iid.com. Responses to questions received will be provided digitally for download on our website electronic , under this solicitation listing to all participants no later than 4:00 p.m., Local Time, Friday, June 27, 2025. Imperial Irrigation District expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, or any portion thereof, to waive any informality in responses received and to make award in part or whole. The term of the proposed Contract issued as a result of from this solicitation will span approximately 60 months, from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2030.
