Birch Meadow Park Phase Ii Renovations Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing (typed, not handwritten) addressed to purchasing@readingma.gov. It is the bidders responsibility to confirm that any request has been received. To be given consideration a request must be received by 4:00PM on June 13, 2025 The scope of work includes a complete replacement of the existing basketball and pickleball courts with new post-tension concrete basketball courts, full replacement of the existing playground, resurfacing of an additional playground (RISE), utility improvements, court and pedestrian level lighting, curbing, and associated landscape and pedestrian safety improvements. The project is located adjacent to the tennis courts at Birch Meadow Park, Bancroft Avenue, Reading MA.
