Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Sanborn, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
SUNY Niagara is renovating classrooms in the F Building on the Sanborn, New York campus. Labella Associates was engaged to provide schematics for project. Additionally, SUNY Niagara retained a vendor to inspect classrooms for the presence of materials suspected of containing asbestos in planned renovation areas. Both reports can be requested at purchasing@niagaracc.suny.edu. Bidders are NOT to include Sales or Use Taxes in their bid prices. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The Abate and Demolition Contractor: 1. Shall provide all demolition, abatement and remediation associated with the scope of work outlined within the construction documents prepared by LaBella Associates and attached to this Bid. 2. The scope of work shall include but not limited to labor, materials, equipment and all incidental work associated with this bid. 3. Shall include dumpsters and containers for their scope of work. All debris removal shall follow state and federal regulations. 4. Shall be responsible for mitigating fumes using negative air pressure and appropriate sealing of workspace. 5. Responsible for offsite disposal of all removed materials. 6. Shall provide any and all coordination that may be required relative to the fire alarm system. 7. Will include all testing, inspections, filings, fees, permits and certificates required by town and state authorities having jurisdiction for approval of this work.
