providing labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of Wake County Detention Center Parking Garage Split System Replacement, located in Raleigh, NC. Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS 143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in the MBE Resolution/Policy Section of the Project Manual. Wake County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Removal of a three (3) evaporator unit VRF system and replacing it with three (3) separate split systems. These units shall have their controls integrated into the existing facility BAS. Electrical power modifications to support replacement of the units $5,000 allowance for concealed conditions All work shall be performed normal working hours.
