CDBG Demolition and Asbestos Abatement Project Structure Type: Single-story - Frame home. A new housing unit will be placed on this property once the existing unit is cleared. All debris shall be completely removed. This includes leveling, filling and compaction of lot back to original grade. Care should be taken when disconnecting any water, sewer, electrical and gas services from the unit. Contractor will be responsible for all utility disconnects. All underground disconnections must be flagged for reconnection to the new housing unit. Removal of one (1) tree and grind stump in the front of house.
