Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto. The structures will need to be disassembled with utmost care by the Vendor and marked for reassembly by the Vendor. The Vendor shall need to be mindful of the 150 lbs./sf floor load limit in the gallery. Attachment G provides images of the two structures. Robeson House: 1740s Dimensions: 36'6" x 16' 6" The structure features two brick chimneys. It has a faux roof, that can come off for maneuverability but will need to be reattached.
