Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation requires the services of a contractor with experience and expertise in construction and repair of outdoor tennis courts to repair and resurface courts at a number of tennis courts around the city. Park Board owns and operates 177 tennis courts in 50 parks across Vancouver. Park Board tennis courts typically have the following surface treatments: Asphalt, permeable asphalt, acrylic resurfacer, plexipave or plexicushion. The term of any agreement is expected to be a 1-year period, with two (2) possible 1-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 3 years
