A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This Projectshall Consist of Two (2) Contracts, Contract #1 (Materials) and Contract #2 (Construction). Contract #1 (Materials) Will Consist of All the Anticipated Materials Required to Complete This Project as Itemized in Section 00300. All Materials Associated With Contract #1 (Materials) Are Funded by Gefa And Shall Be Subjected to Davis-bacon and All Federal Requirements. Contract #1 (Materials) Consists of, but is Not Limited to the Following Major Elements: See Section 00300 of Specifications for Detailed Materials Breakdown. Contract #2 (Construction) Will Consist of All of the Construction Work Asitemized in Section 00301. All Work Associated With Contract #2 (Construction) is Funded by Gefa and Shall Be Subjected to Davisbacon and All Federal Requirements. Contract #2 (Construction) Consists of, but is Not Limited to the Following Major Elements: Construction of Approximately 6,305 L.f. Of 12-inch Pvc Waterline 23,414 L.f. Of 8-inch Pvc Waterline, 12,086 L.f. Of 6-inch Pvc Waterline, 1,826 L.f. Of 2-inch Pvc Waterline, 120 L.f. Of 12-inch Freebore, 695 L.f. Of 8-inch Freebore, 667 L.f. Of 6-inch Freebore, 90 L.f. Of 16-inch Steel Casing With 8- Inch Dip Jack and Bore, 41 Each Fire Hydrant Assemblies, (4) 12-inch Gate Valves, (24) 8-inch Gate Valves, (23) 6-inch Gate Valves, (3) 2" Line Termination With Flush Hydrant Assembly, Approximately 200 Service Connections and Related Appurtenances. Owner Will Provide the Materials Needed for Construction as Defined in Section 01025. Contract #2 (Construction) Contractor Will Be Responsible for Coordinating Delivery of All Materials to the Job Site. Time of completion for all work associated with this projectshall be three hundred (300) consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER. Contract #2 (Construction) ONLY: OWNER requires a bid bond* or a certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid to be enclosed with the bid at the time of bid opening. Cashier's check will be made payable to the Hart County Water & Sewer Authority. Contract #2 (Construction) ONLY: The successful bidder will be required to furnish OWNER with Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, and Performance and Payment Bonds* in the amount of onehundred percent (100%) of the total bid.
