Site work for a mixed-use development in Arcadia, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a 34,886-square-foot parking garage; and retail development.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of a new 7-Story, 194,880 S.F. total area, mixed use, open parking garage with 397 parking spaces and future retail at the first floor S. Osceola Avenue frontage. Use and occupancy classification is S-2 open parking garage with Mercantile and/or A-2 Assembly tenant spaces at the first floor (future tenant space build-out is not in the scope of this Project). Construction Classification is Type I B precast concrete structure.
