Community Center Renovations at the Town of Charlton Community Center It is deemed the responsibility of all prospective bidders to ensure that bids are delivered in a timely manner to the location and office of the person indicated herein. Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, appliances, services, and incidentals necessary for layout, installing, and performing Community Center Renovations at the Town of Charlton Community Center located at 784 Charlton Road, Charlton, NY 12019 as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. The Work consists of exterior and interior renovations to the existing structure. Exterior renovations include replacing stone rubble and CMU foundation with new concrete foundation, replacing a portion of the exterior wood framed walls, replacing asphalt shingle roof, replacing wood board and shingle siding, repairing and replacing wood trim, restoring wood windows and providing new wood windows, providing new entrance ramp and steps, providing new wood entry doors, and insulating exterior walls. Interior renovations include infilling crawl space and providing new concrete slab on grade, providing new interior storm windows, new partitions, and new wood doors, and providing new wall, floor and ceiling finishes. The Work of this Project will be let in four (4) separate contracts divided according to the work of the separate Prime Contractors for the following: 1. Contract No. 1 - General Construction Work 2. Contract No. 2 - Plumbing Work. 3. Contract No. 3 - HVAC Work 4.
