Overlook Pump Station Rehabilitation Project. Project Information: 1. Name of Project: OVERLOOK PUMP STATION REHABILITATION PROJECT. 2. Project Site Address: Located at 5748 Overlook Ave. NE. 3. Owner: City of Tacoma, Environmental Services, Science and Engineering The scope of work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of four existing dry well pumps and their replacement with two new pumps, including the removal and replacement of dry well piping, valves, and associated appurtenances. Work includes the installation of a radar level sensor, bollards, and the provision of temporary bypass pumping during construction .
