Site work for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to: Project work includes construction of a skate bowl with demolition, grading, drainage and specialty concrete, shotcrete and all necessary elements related in the bid specifications and drawings. The base bid estimate range is $230,000 - $290,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Time of completion is 120 calendar days. All questions due by June 10, 2025, to procurement@tacomaparks.com Parks Tacoma encourages an MWBE goal of eight percent (8%) on all Public Works projects estimated at $20,000.00 or more including subcontractors. The Washington State Office of Minority and Womens Business Enterprises (OMWBE) can assist regarding the process and status of certification.
