SCOPE OF WORK: Contract with a single vendor for repair and maintenance of Sprinker Recreation Center (SRC) PRE-BID QUESTIONS: All questions must be submitted within the Pierce County Online, under the Clarifications Tab not later than 5/28/2025 at 4:00 PM PDT. The County reserves the right to add funds as needed throughout the duration of the contract. COMPLETION TIME: The initial contract period for each contract will be for one year, with an option to renew each contract for up to one additional year. The total contract time will not exceed 2 years for the public works or service agreement contract. BID SECURITY: Successful bidder must provide a Contract Bond for $150,000.00 for public works repair contract and 5% Retainage will be held for the full contract period.
