The purpose of this solicitation is to select qualified contractors that can identify, locate, and mark underground utilities prior to excavation and construction activities for Pierce County. Pierce County intends to hire at least two qualified contractors to provide Underground Utility Locate Services. Question deadline date added as per Addendum 1 08/22/2025 at 4:00 PM PT The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submitted bids, to waive as informalities any irregularities, and to contract as the best interest of the County may require. The County may reject bids that are non-responsive or that are submitted by non-responsible contractors.
