On-Call Construction Management & Road Construction Inspection Services Pierce County solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in in Construction Management and Road Construction Inspection Services. This agreement will be for approximately 2 years in duration with the option for Pierce County to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. Pierce County reserves the right to amend terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. Project Description Pierce County will select a qualified consultant to provide Construction Management and Road Construction Inspection Services. The selected consultant will provide field construction inspection services and other tasks as necessary to document and monitor the process of Pierce County Road construction projects. The successful consultant will have working knowledge of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction, and be able to perform complex technical work in the fields of civil engineering, surveying, and inspection. Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: (1) Experience and Qualifications, (2) Project Approach, understanding, and ability to meet schedules, (3) Accuracy and completeness of the proposal documents, and (4) References.
