St. Johns County is soliciting a quote from a qualified Contractor to provide all labor and materials to repair Tennis Courts at Al Wilke Park located at 6150 S. Main Street, Hastings, FL 32145 in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations. Deadline 06/05/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Any and all s related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to Alexis Colbert, Procurement Coordinator, at acolbertsjcfl.us so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any s received after the above deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Manager or other designated County Representative. Main Street, Hastings, FL 32145. o Contractor shall provide all licenses, permits, insurance and bonds as . o Contractor is responsible for any and all locates. o Contractor is responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all materials associated with the project and shall restore disturbed areas back to existing conditions. o Work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work. o Contractor is responsible for any damages to existing structures caused in the course of the work and shall repair/or replace as necessary, at no additional cost to the County. o Visit is recommended prior to submittal. o Repairs be during operating hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00PM EDST. SPECIFICATIONS: o On existing pad, measuring 108'x120', contractor to prepare for new surfacing methods deemed necessary to include machine sanding, pressure washing, grinding and/or patching. o Apply Riteway Crack repair, up to 300' linear feet, to any cracking and/or major pits that have occurred on the courts. o Apply by squeegee two coats of sand-filled resurfacer over the entire court. o Apply by squeegee two coats of sand filled acrylic coatings over the entire playing area. Owner to choose colors. o Apply regulation playing lines for tennis in accordance with USTA guidelines. o Apply regulation playing lines for two (2) pickleball courts according to industry guidelines. o Sand and paint existing tennis net posts. o Supply and install new professional grade tennis net and center strap. o Supply and install two (2) new sets of pickleball net posts and nets.
