Harris Community Center located at 400 E. Harris St., Hastings FL 32084. The current windows are single hung single pane glass, aluminum frame construction, and color bronze. The new windows must be energy efficient, aluminum storefront, bronze color meeting all applicable building codes. This is a grant funded project. Bidders must obtain and review the bid documents, including all attachments and exhibits, as well as any issued addenda, for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications and all other information related to this bid. St Johns County has been awarded 275,490.00 through the United States Department of Energy (DOE), Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program. This may have to be resubmitted to the DOE.SOW: o The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all permitting, bonds, labor, materials, scaffolding, machinery, hoists, transportation, employee safety equipment, equipment, and supervision required to complete turnkey window replacement per the terms and conditions included in this bid. o The Contractor issolely responsible for the proper fitment of the windowsinto the existing openings. Measurements given are for estimating only. The Contractor is to field verify before bidding.
