As of June 26, 2025, the project was awarded to Fakouri Electrical Engineering, with an awarded amount of $214,377.43. De-Installation, removal, and disposal of existing defective parts, installation of 360 Enersys batteries and 9 UPS fans. Verify operational status, provide installation and battery report. Question Deadline 05/30/2025 at 1:30 PM PT LIQUIDATED DAMAGES - It is agreed that time is of the essence for completion of this work. Therefore, the parties agree the awarded bidder (Contractor) shall pay to the County, as fixed and liquidated damages, and not as penalty, a dollar sum in the amount of $0.00 per day for each calendar day beyond the allowed time stated in the Contract Documents after which the work is completed. LICENSE REQUIRED - The following license is required for this project, at a minimum: C-10- Electrical Contractor IMATED PROJECT COST: $190,000.00
