ACC-APG Huachuca Division is issuing this SS Notice to determine whether there are potentially qualified SMALL BUSINESS concerns capable of providing artificial turf, procurement and installation. The scope of work includes but is not limited to, site assessment and preparation, including grading and drainage improvements, sub-base construction, supply and installation of artificial turf to include backing, fibers, and seam work, infill material selection and application, line marking according to an example of the National Federation of State High School Associations, and final inspection. Contractors should provide information on various turf system options, grades and customization possibilities. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
