The successful consultant(s) must demonstrate extensive experience in the various water resources engineering matters as listed in the scope of work. Proposed staff must possess the applicable license to perform their specialty in the state of arizona. This rfq will request at least three references of other agencies where similar services were performed. The city may contact the references who can vouch for your work performance. The city of sierra vista, acting as the fiscal agent for the sprnca mou adaptive management committee and cochise, is soliciting statements of qualifications to provide on-call water resources engineering services for the san pedro riparian national conservation area mou adaptive management committee ("Amc") and cochise conservation and recharge network ("Ccrn") for a contract term of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms, not to exceed five total contract years. The city may award an on-call contract to up to three (3) consultants. Services under this rfq may be federal grant funded, therefore the documentation included in this rfq complies with federal procurement regulations and the successful individual/company is expected to agree to comply with all federal regulations as described in this rfq, under 2 cfr 200.
