The Cochise County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any offer or any part thereof; to defer action on the offers; to reject all offers and to waive any informalities in the proposal procedures. Deviations from the solicitation specifications may be considered at the option of the Board of Supervisors. It is the Offeror s responsibility to monitor the Cochise County E-Procurement website for possible addenda to this solicitation and/or to inform him/herself of the most current specifications, terms and conditions and to submit his/her submittal in accordance with the original solicitation requirements and all addenda. All available solicitations and related addenda can be found at https://cochise.bonfirehub.com. Failure of the Offeror to obtain this information shall not relieve him/her of the requirements contained therein. Additionally, failure of the Offeror to return signed addenda(s), when required, may be cause for the rejection of the bid. Any submittal received after the date and time specified above will be considered unresponsive and may not be included within the competitive pooling of responsive and responsible vendor submissions.
