Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Sierra Vista's proposed work for this project includes tasks necessary to construct a 10-foot-wide asphaltic concrete shared use path along the east side of Buffalo Soldier Trail from Golf Links Road to Fry Boulevard. The project will require adhering to all FTA requirements including a DBE Program Goal assessment of 2.20%, race neutral. The City of Sierra Vista also encourages the use of Small Business Concerns as required by Title 49 CFR 26.39. Since this is a solicitation for construction services, Davis Bacon Wages will apply and materials must be sourced in compliance with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act under IIJA 70914(a).
