The City of Sierra Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide Elevator Inspections, Preventative Maintenance and As-Needed Repair Services (Sierra Vista & Ft Huachuca Locations). Award of the Fort Huachuca Locations is contingent upon the execution and award of an intergovernmental service agreement between the City of Sierra Vista and Fort Huachuca. Proposals will be evaluated by the city's evaluation team based on selection criteria included in this RFP. It is anticipated that the highest-ranked proposal will be recommended for award of a contract.
