Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. The City of Stamford, Connecticut is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for Partial Roof Replacement and Solar Photovoltaic Design at Stamford High School. Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. The full scope of work is described in the scope/specifications and drawings appended hereto. The City shall have the right to reject any of the staff provided by the proposer with 24-hour notice, and the proposer shall be able to provide immediate, temporary replacement and within 30 days, provide permanent replacement. 2.0 Project Scope 2.1 Project Statement The City of Stamford is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut to design and produce contract bid documents for the replacement of the roof over the 1971 Building, Gym, and bridge at Stamford High School, and for the design of a rooftop solar photovoltaic system to be installed on all eligible roof areas. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
