Project is no longer needed.** Quintard Manor Elevator Addition 18 Quintard Terrace, Stamford CT Emailed bids will be received for the construction contract of a new elevator and egress stair tower, entry canopy, and associate supporting work for the Quintard Manor project. Questions regarding the bid or the contract documents may be sent via email to Erin Benken at ebenken@qamarch.com. To receive consideration, questions must be received no later than 5:00pm on June 3, 2025. The work required for the project includes all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidental necessary for the Elevator Addition as indicated in the plans and specifications.
