Bedford and Forest Street Intersection and Plaza Construction Project This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including non-discrimination statutes and set-aside requirements. State law requires a minimum of twenty-five (25%) percent of the state-funded portion of the contract be set aside for award to subcontractors holding current certification as Small Business Enterprises ("SBE") from the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services ("DAS"). A minimum of 6.25% of the state-funded portion must be set aside for subcontractors holding current DAS certification as Minority-, Women-, and/or Disabled-owned businesses ("M/W/DisBE"). The contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the 25% set-aside goals. Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT Department of Community and Economic Development funds. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. Bidders must hold a current DAS Prequalification Certificate for SITEWORK and submit a copy of DAS Prequalification Certificate & Update (Bid) Statement with Bids pursuant to CGS 4b-91. Bid Deposit: 5% Question Deadline 06/19/2025 at 11:59 PM ET All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted electronically.
