The project includes renovation of existing classrooms into preschool classrooms including renovating an existing storage closet between two classrooms into a shared restroom, additional storage closets in each classroom, additional casework storage units for students, fire protection, plumbing mechanical and electrical requirements associated with classroom renovation. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. . Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). TIME OF COMPLETION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES A.
