Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lexington, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is being issued on behalf of the Lexington Kentucky VAMC, as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for a firmfixed- priced contract for the Brand Name Avigilon Security System installation, upgrade and maintenance. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Period of Performance: The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in 180 calendar days or less from date of award, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO) for the Hospitals and CBOCs listed below. If the contractor proposes an earlier completion date, and the Government accepts the contractor's proposal, the contractors proposed completion date shall prevail. The work shall begin within 90 calendar days of award, unless otherwise specified.
